Silent leaders- a pitfall in democracy.

The major responsibility of the democratic nation lies in the hands of representatives to the people, It is equal responsibility of the winners and the opposition to play as the watchdog of the democratic practices. After every electoral phase the leaders who happen to loose the election get disappeared till the next onset, whereas they are supposed to be accountable for the social building as the democracy interpretates itself. Moreover, During the interim it is the best time regaining lost trust among the people.
